Shipping

We ship nationwide. In-stock pieces are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days; we do not ship on weekends or holidays, and the holiday season may take a little longer. Made-to-order and commissioned work takes longer to produce — we'll give you a timeline before you commit.

Because each piece is handmade and one of a kind, we pack carefully to protect it in transit. For higher-value orders we recommend a trackable, insured service.

Returns

If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible, an item must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging, with proof of purchase. We refund pieces that arrive damaged or defective.

Gift cards, online classes and series, and workshops are not eligible for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility; for returns over $75 we recommend a trackable or insured service.

To start a return, email thepottershandsstudio@gmail.com before sending anything back, and we'll share the return mailing address.

Confirm the published returns mailing address before launch — the live site lists an Olive Branch, MS address while the studio is now in Oxford.
